Kaoru from Rourouni Kenshin, cuz she's a whole LoTTa woman!

but seriously.. she's a very fun character at the beginning of the series, which is hilarious at times.. and as the story progresses, she develops an utmost devotion to Kenshin.

She even willingly contracts Kenshin's disease which both die from.. just so she can prove her love.
