Reign:Any Comments?

I don't know about you folks, but I don't too much care for Reign: The Conquerer. It is too much like a history lesson. Who's idea was it to make a historically accurate cartoon?!?!?
What about Aeon Flux? I know this was supposed to be a Reign thread, but these are sister shows, right? I'd like some opinions on that show, also. When I first saw it I hated it; gave me nighmares almost. Does anyone remember the scene where the wierdo caught the fly in her eyelash? (Flies also land on crap, bleh!)

Reign is done by the same guy who did Aeon Flux, Peter Cheung(sp?).

I really liked Aeon flux but I feel nothing for Reign. The animation is not twhat bothers me. I feel it is an uninspiring storyline and the characters inspire no sympathy or feeling from me.

I will let it run because its not going to stay for very long.

Adult Swims forum is swamped with Reign haters and Trigun is coming back supposedly July 9th.

I was angry when Trigun was switched. After watching Reign twice i cannont find a feel for the anime. It lacks emotion and has not earned any respect from me

I'm upset with the obnoxious animation, and how scantily clad the characters are. I'd LIKE a historically accurate cartoon! I like reading about history, at least up until the Renaissance and beyond.

Fuck you all! Reign is an awesome show. I like the animation style, and the neo-ancient sci-fi settings and characters leave me hooked to it.

I dig this stuff. There needs to be more anime like this.

Reign blows i cant believe i wasted good tapes on them. well time to record over them. yah Trigun should come back on even though it doesnt matter to me since i got the complete collection as well as Bebop.

i agree with everyone it's a history type cartoon, animations suck, and then they take cowboy bebop off for Lupin The Third it i thought it stunk too

The Reign armor would have looked better on Yu Yu Hakusho or Rurouni Kenshin.

Im still trying to get into Reign, not having much success so far. Aeon was great but this is just not doing it for me. And as for Lupin, I still cant sit through an entire show yet. Ahhhhh, if only Trigun were would come back....
