Whats with you DBZ haters!? heres reasons why its good...

You say all they do is one battle after another? Well its an action anime, not one of those weak love stories like Fushugi Yugi. Also, there is a plot and actual tactics involved in their fighting unlike LOTS of animes. The one thing that annoys me most is when people have their one special move that they use every time, Salor Moon does it, Slayers does it, so does Yuyu hakashu... and many other animes. Also, often times they have to shout something out in order to do their Special (predictable) move like: "Dragonslave" or "shotgun", DBZ doesnt do this crap ( one exception "kameihameiha" ) Also, its not like each battle happens one right after the other, their a time lapses where people get older, go through the norm, but since DBZ is an action anime it skips over this, it'll say something like "7 years has past" and get on with the next challenge.
Another thing, its funny!, not just action but comedy. Now of course if you want some retarded love story ( most are retarded, I am speaking not as some bitter person that hates love stories but as a person that has witnessed them with agravation as the characters act most often very retarded and overly dramatic,not like that of most real people ) . One thing I really like about DBZ is that people get older, have kids, kids grow up... Its cool to see that happen... because you wonder what these people will be like when theyre older and you get to see, they also have movie specials about gokus dad and Trunks's alternate future. Also, there is Dramatic parts in DBZ, if youve watched it you'd know what I mean...

Also, just because its popular, and little kids can get into the action doesnt mean it sucks

Oh and one final thing, Ive noticed a lot of animes have a bunch of wierd crap in it that your not meant to understand to give you the illusion that it means something more... I recall the End of Evangellion... well, DBZ is a relief from that kinda garbage

I've never watched DBZ nor do i care...my turn off is the animation style, it bores me...

A: the heroes don't really do anything. We all know Goku will save the day. Nothing exciting.

B: to defeat an enemy, they just scream and electricy flows (From the first saga to the last)

C: There enemys keep getting stronger and stronger. I mean yeah you have to expect that, but once your enemy is strong enough to destroy a planet, what's the point?

D: There stories are just repeats of themselves. Villian shows up, stall until they train, train, train, train. Oopps, all the training was for nothing, we need Goku again.

E: There is no plot besides the fighting. No drama, no romance, no worries about death because they come back no matter what.

F: If Goku has a tail, and chi chi has kids with him, isn't that kinda like beastiality?

G: Why do they fight for 3 weeks worth of eps Ex: The end of namek "The planet will explode in 5 minutes" but they fight for 10 episodes, then goku SOMEHOW has neough time to fly halfway across the plaent, get into a spaceship and float away. Oh yeah, real good.

H: Bulma changes hairstyles to much.
