Heh, I've got an anime that nearly fits all those requirements!
Gundam Wing!!!
Just mix:
5 parts giant robots (the Gundams)
1 part Comedy (Duo Maxwell)
2 Parts love themes (Heero x Relena, Zechs x Noin)
1 part fighting hand to hand (Whenever Duo gets socked, see Comedy)
3 parts Wars (On Earth, In space, on the Moon)
1 Part swords and guns (Wufei, Heero for swords, Duo, Heero for guns)
And we've got all the moods possible represented as well.
Hooray hooray, I really like Gundam action.
Peace!

I'd call it genres rather than styles. Style is something a bit more narrow, and I'd mostly use it for something like 'music style' or 'animation style' - which are all just single dimensions of the art of anime.
As for me - I like everything, swords, romance, mecha, comedy - you name it. It doesn't make a massive difference to me.
However, to me - anime comes in two main flavours: either it entertains or it challenges. Or sometimes both.
Entertaining anime - here I mostly prefer modern-day based romantic comedies, but I'm open to anything else that I see as fun. I don't take it too seriously, and just have a good time. It's something I need to get me relaxed after those tough days...
Such as - Love Hina, Azumanga Daioh, Ai Yori Aoshi, etc...
Challenging anime - open to largely anything. It can be subtle (like Haibane Renmei) or it can be explicit (Eva), it can come in virtually any genre variety, but it's always food for thought. As observations suggest though, I handle outright headfuck and shock tactics very well, which I guess explains my incessant appreciation for Eva.
Both - something like FLCL. Avant-garde at its' best.
So, I guess I just put up a mostly-worthless rant...

The Birds are using humanity in order to throw something terrifying at this green pig. And then what happens to us all later, that’s simply not important to them…

Well, in terms of style...
Bishonen on hot women... [somehow, ugly old men hentai rape is just disgusting to me...] Minase, j00 da man ^_^ I want to be just like him!
on a serious note...
The art style I've been starting to "curve" toward is bigger, more "realistic" non- anorexic in design. One of the HUGE reasons why I lean very heavily toward Hiroaki Gohda's design. [Please Teacher, Please Twins...] None of his characters are scrawny. [his women at least ^_^] Kazushi Hagiwara of Studio Loud in School (maker of Bastard!!! OAV and Black Rainbow manga...] He's one of my fav artist [if not THE fav artist] of mine and his art style practically blows me away. (The fact that he drew numerous h-doujins of his own characters has NOTHING to do with it... honestly ^_^])
As far as content is concerned. I used to be an action-happy junkie bordering on DBZ senselessness... [/me shudders] Used to be into Ronin Warriors and Tekkaman. Then Lodoss War came along and I realized awesome story has better staying power in an anime. THEN I learned about "harem" style anime in Tenchi and Ranma and thought it's comic value was very high...
Finally... It came around with Onegai[please]Teacher that it wasn't action or harem anime that really kept my attention. It was a LARGE level of character development through cool/life-like antics. Goofy romance comedy anime without too many sextreme magical powers is good!
So yeah...
Romance Comedy anime that doesn't need harems... That's a me... ^_^
