Coolest Bad Guy

Lately i've been seen alot of people say which is the coolest good or semi good character but haven't seen anyone talk about a cool bad guy. i would like to know who you think is the baddest guy around. hell you can even but a good guy gone bad. for me i think Legato Bluesummers from trigun. he's calm and can kill some many people just by thinking.

Well, Sephiroth is REALLY cool! And I like Ashram from Record of Lodoss War cause he's not really bad....but he's so good-looking and has such cold eyes!

How many bad guys plans actually do work? *ponders* Even though none of his plans ultimatly succeeded, he came damn close to ruling all of El Hazard. *gives major ups* It truly takes a villian to stop a village's water supply then go and make them pay for water or get burned down.
