Think on this one the goddesses in Oh my goddess are susposed to be representations of the norns in viking mythology. Skuld represents the the future and she determines when you will die by cutting your life thread. Could you Imagine how different episode 3 of the Oav would have have been if she had this power.

Hes referring to Magical Project S, a spin-off series that featured Sasami from the Tenchi in a different plot. In which she had magical powers, and a sailormoon like outfit.
