Anime Is Forever! Or Is It?

Post by Galitayer » Tue Oct 28, 2003 1:37 pm

Ok, dont kill me for saying this...
But.....

WILL ANIME LAST FOREVER!?!? :?

The creating of CG, like Final Fantasy The Spirits Within is becoming more popular.... :(

Ok, I must say, they are good, but can never beat anime!

What are we going to do when anime is forgotten?

I hope we are not around for that, but it could happen...

We have become the upholders of anime. We will ensure it lasts for ever!

sorry, I was bored and started to think about this

Hope you have some hope for me...

dude ... shut up. Nothing lasts forever.

[literalism]
If you want to look at it literaly then humanity will sure as fucking hell not last forever. infact i severly doube we'll survive the next 200 years at the rate wre going. We'll either blow ourselves up, or out do our resources.

And if we do manage to get around that it won't change the caft tha tin the next 3 million years the sun will swallow everything up to mars. and if we got past that it still dosn't change the fact that the future of the universe is a luke warm soup of loose sub-atomic particles.

[/literalism]

now as for anime being popular ... no, nothing stays popluar for very long, we had so many threads about this ... anime's enjoying it's time in the lime light, eventualy it'll start to fall back to the subculture thing it was before.

To keep anime lasting forever I guess we just have to ensure Japan never gets nuked off the face of the earth :|

Almost sounds like that Total Perspective device Douglas Adams had in The Restaurant at the End of the Universe. The one that shows the individual the entire galaxy -- with a little sign pointing to "You are Here."
HELP!! I'm being held prisoner by CLAMP fans!! We Demand -- er, They Demand -- uh, OH, FORGET IT!! It's Fun Here!!
