Big O Ending
Abrupt? Yes. Good? For the most part. What are your thoughts?
The best effects are the ones you don't notice.

Some spoilers might be ahead if you haven't seen the end don't read on.
One: I wouldn't mind seeing a season 3 but the problem is now what. I feel that the main problems have been resolved. If they start all over there really wouldn't be any point.
Two: Roger said that we lose our memories by our own choice. I thing Angel did this also. The problem was that she got sucked into her own world/book when she chose to escape her reality for some odd reason. Roger was the negotiator to help her find her way back and find herself. This was all Angel's world. The other Rosewaters where nothing. There was only one and that was Angel...who wrote the book and set the stage.
Three: Mouth to Mouth...Roger you little dog...you were hitting on Dorothy. Anyway she is his support. He would not function without her. I think they have a more co-dependent relationship where one will cease to exist without the other.
Four: Dastun could have represented Angels consciousness. It was her inner self protesting all that she did but of course he's confused because he didn't know what was going on either due to lack of memory.
Yes these were crazy ending theories. I love it reguardless if it brings up more questions. I don't think there should a third season because I don't know where else for them to go. It was still good though.

That ending didn't make a damn lick of sense. What the hell was going on? I know I'm not a complete idiot, but I sure as hell didn't get Evangelion either. I understood how the Angels and man varied, what the Evas were, and Instrumentality. But I didn't understand the psychology of any of it.
Same thing happened tonight. I can kind of see that R. Dorothy was developed as a buffer, to help Roger/Alex interface with the Bigs. But what the fuck do they define "memories" as, and what does it have to do with a fake city, a flaky woman with nasty scars, a book, and giant robots? Also, what is the deal with Alex Rosewater's father?
None of that crap made any sense.

I can pretty much agree with the pre-stated, that the whole holodeck thing was a metaphor to the clean slate of creation of God's or whatnot. Cause from what it seems, it seems like Angel was in fact God. But somehow forgot herself when she became human. And it seems like Roger is somehow immortal. Cause Alex's father employed Roger before many years ago. Hinting that this kind of situation could've happened before as well. Cause Roger is the one that manages to get Angel to stop making everything fade away, showing that Angel might have in fact been trying to start over everything all over again. Hinting as to why no one could remember anything in the first place. All that really happens in my opinion is that Roger negociated with Angel to keep everyone as who they were before. And so Angel does it, but makes sure that no one can remember what transpired with the mega dueses and Alex etc...
I really hope that that all made sense...

I guess I should say something witty here right...? Too bad...
