Full Moon wo Sagashite

Yay! I was at manganews.net, and I found this manga, Full Moon wo Sagashite, which sparked me into this huge search, and now I'm obsessed. It is sooooo cute, and I reccamend the manga and anime to anyone, although it's shoujo, so take warning! I'm a little confused, though, and am hoping someone out there can help me... I understand that the manga is still coming out monthly in Ribbon, but the anime is over (sort of like Fruits Basket)? Is that right? Where could I buy the manga (or anime, but raw is hard to find,ne)? Also, I have this theory about the end of the anime (if its out), so if someone who's seen it could e-mail me, so I could ask them a question... about Takuto... I love Takuto...
