Just for Fun Contest: Identify the Character!!

Here's how it works. Download the mp3 and see if you can identify the character. I chose someone from a fairly well-known series, although the clip is Japanese (Just to make it tougher... 3v;| r0xx0r5...).

If and when someone guesses it, I will then put up a new MP3, and continue doing so until this topic becomes, FAIAP, dead.

There is no prize, this is just for fun.
