My friends and I are arguing upon the most evil villian in all animes. So we are taking a poll. Tell us the character and what anime they are from. When this is over i will see if i won twenty bucks!!!

Quite possibly the most evil villian who has ever existed in this world is one who has made many suffer many cruelties. He is one who thinks strategically and plans for almost any situation. He looks upon the weak and laughs at them for being weak and meager. He is able to take any weapon at his disposal and turn it into a deadly killing machine. lol, thats a nice way to win twennty bucks. that means that u can tell us the evil villan u thought of against your friends and get people to post that your evil villan is better than his for an easy twenty.heh. well in my oppinion one of the most evil villans must be orouchimaru from naruto. I mean hes just totaly badass all the way. take that too your friend.

Allright! thats one for me!! Shishio Was on my list. For the most part he has that cool evil sense to him, then becomes way vicious.
