Blatant Lesbians in Anime

Which shows actually have lesbian characters in them? I mean those girls who make no allusions to being gay - such as Fatora and Alielle in El Hazard, Solude from Maze, and Kris Christopher from Battle Athletes.

I’m not talking about shows like Utena, Vandread, and Steel Angel Kurumi where “idol worshiping”, homo-erotic undertones, or circumstantial conditions (like being a robot or living on an all girl planet) exit. I mean those women/girls who are obviously attracted to only other women.

There’s speculation of such relationships in shows like Avenger, Read Or Die (tv), and countless others, but nothing certain.

So far I’ve come up with:

Fatora and Alielle - El Hazard
Solude - Maze
Kris Christopher - Battle Athletes
Ryofu Housen - Ikkitousen
Haruka Tenoh/Michiru Kaioh - Sailor Moon (nothing explicit but they’re pretty much a couple)
Jun Fudo - Devil Lady (she could be bi-sexual but it’s really uncertain)

Who else am I missing, or is that it?

Oh, yeah, I’m excluding hentai because....well, it’s redundant.

Uh....If I'm understanding your question correctly, then I guess you could say:

-Everyone but Miyuki in Miyuki-chan in Wonderland
- *cough* Tomoyo from CCS *cough*

That's all I can really think of right now...I'm sure there's more that I've seen, but I can't really think of anymore.

I thought you hadn't seen Chobits yet Angel, and actually have you seen the end? *though this could be different than the manga* but I think that's not really intented if you know who Chi's other self is.

I've seen some of Chobits through "other" methods.
