Anime Villain Eliminator Coming Soon, now some suggestions?

Like the subject says, I want to know who you people think deserve to be in a villain eliminator. And if you nominate someone, please make sure to state what anime they are from. If you have a picture post it, if not at least I'll know what anime to look for. I'll list some people I have in mind so you won't need to nominate them.

Hiei (he was a villain in the beginning ;p)

Not to start fanboy quarrels, but Touga... a villain? He's the villain's flunky. If that. And everybody on the show duels Utena, so that can't be used as evidence of villain-ness...

Akio yes, Mikage definitely (no love for Mikage, man), Touga... not really a villain. But whatever.
