Hack Sign

I have seen about half of this series and I noticed that there are games for it. Can anyone give me info on the games, cuz i noticed hack infection at the mall and I was wondering if its worth it to buy (like is it the first game?)

.Hack//Infection isnt the first .hack game its actually the third or fourth of the series the first is called .hack//sign the rest are built off of the first game so its pretty awsome and the games are worth buying

FFS is wrong, Infection is the first game. They go:
Infection
Mutation
Outbreak
Quarantine

It feels a lot better to have watched the series .hack//sign and then play the four games, with the dvds that comes with them, and then the series afterword.
