Hm. Well, it depends on what you're looking for.

Some series, like Evangelion for example, build their characters around a sort of psychological study of sorts.

But if someone were to make a psychiatrist scratch his headin confusion... it's definitely... mmm...

ryu soma/takuto kaneshiro from argentosoma is probably the most comple character ive ever seen. though its not immediatly obvios, due to his nature
