Kenshin or Inu-Yasha who would win with no powers

I think Kenshin would win. Manly because Inu-yasha just wildly swings his sword or use's the wind scar. If he didn't have his powers he would be dead meat.

he has skill with his sword.
inu yasha is next to powerless without his demon powers, plus he has to have to his powers to be strong to even lift the damn thing.
