Hard to say. It would entiring based on that person's taste in anime.

I'd say, based on popularity, that Evangelion seems to be the best. But I personal don't think it's the BEST out of all anime.

That a question that is impossible for me to answer since there is alot i have yet to watch. But my fav so far has to be Golden Boy.

I agree. There are to many opinions to agree on one anime. Even to decide on the 'best' genre would be impossible.

But out of the anime I've seen so far...I think Evangelion, Escaflowne, or Spirited Away have been my favorites.
I've been reading alot of different reviews, and researching Full Metal Panic for a while. It's sounds like a good anime. Is it an anime worth my money?

I thought Full Metal Panic had a disappointing ending, but if you like lots of mecha fights, then it's ok.

Currently, my favorite animes have to be Naruto, Witch Hunter Robin, and Last Exile.

Who can pick just one?

I'm glad people are taking it in the right spirit and posting about their 'favorite' anime.

All of the ones mentioned already (that I'm familiar with) are quite good, IMO. (I haven't seen Last Exile...)
Obviously, I like Rurouni Kenshin very much.

I also like Cowboy Bebop and Trigun. That's all that comes to mind at the moment, besides stuff that was already mentioned, but I'm sure there's more...
