ok i love this show its like the kik ass of all shows but i rilly have not sean alot of the shows can u fill me in on some of the caracters plz

thx for the tip i am sry i am new here i dont rilly know what to do and ppl want me band cuz i am not as good as thay are its making me feel all sad and stf. ny ways ranma 1/2 is very cool i love the caracter ranma he/she is a very cool person and ya thats all i got to say today so plz dont bane me cuz i ant as good as all you cuz u all started whair i am today ok.

Anyway, I've always heard really good things about Ranma, but the series is so long. Seven perfect collections (and movies/OVAs) does seem a bit much.

And for that very same reason I just stick to reading the manga. $700+ over $10 x # of manga volumes. I beleive there are 38 volumes (not completely sure on that).J-0080 wrote:Can you no speaka the english well?

Still an expensive buy but not as expensive as the anime.

The manga is also better than the anime in my opinion, because in the naime they add some strange storys and changed some of the old ones. This is the story about Ranma Saotome an expert in the everything goes martial arts. He was trained by his father, during their training they went to China and fall in the Yusenquio ponds transforming them into a hot red headed chick (Ranma) and a panda (Genma). They go back to Japan with the purpose that Ranma would marry one of Soun Tendos daughters Akane, Nabiki or Kasumi. They decides that Akane and Ranma should marry and even thou they act as they don't like each other they actions demonstrate the opposite. Ryoga is after Ranma because it is Ranmas fault that he fell into a Yusenquio pond turning him into a pig and has a poor sense of direction. Shampoo in a chinees amazons girl that wants to kill girl-type Ranma but wants to marry boy-type Ranma because of their amazons law and turns in to a cat. Mousse in Shampoos friend that wants to marry Shampoo but wants to kill Ranma because Shampoo is in love with him he turns in to a duck. Kuno is a classmate that wants to demonstrate that he is better than boy-type Ranma but wants to be girl-type Ranma boy friend but also is in love of Akane. Happosi is Genmas and Soun master which they trapped him in a cave to get ride of him and now is the one in charge to train Ranma even thou it is against Ranmas will. Nabiki and Kasumi are the doughters of Soun Tendo. Nabiki is a spoil brat that the only thing she thinks about is money. Kasumi is like the mother of the house and dose all the house things. Ukyo is another of Ranma's fiancee that is fighting for Ranmas love.
Yeah I know it sound kind of complicated but it is easier to understand once you see the anime.
