i just finished watching this, and i have to ask, did anyone else think the ending was crap? it was one of the most horrible endings i've ever seen. rarely do i ever see an anime that ends decently. why do the creators do make crappy endings that ruin an otherwise good show?

You could always play the game if you want the real ending....all 80 some of em'.

It was cancelled halfway through, so that's not the real ending.

the game rules, the full name of the game ps1 gamer is called starocean: the second story, i highly recommend it

I heard that there was going to be a 2nd season. Might've been just a rumor, and judging by the looks of the 1st season's ending, it'll stay a rumor and share the same fate as Berserk and Hellsing.

ah theirs only one real ending, that 80 ending this is just some mixed up "after the end" thing with varios scenes demending on how you developed the characters relationships. it isnt realy worth of note

If I remember correctly there is an ending that is fairly different, but it requires youto defeat the final boss after you release his limiter ... its something I have yet to do ... btw releasing that limiter really PISSES him off!

they might be making a new anime for the new starocean comming out 2005 called starocean: till the end of time, but im just gessing
