Best Anime Moments ***SPOILERS***
Whats your favorite anime moments. Sad, happy, or one of those moments that pisses you off badly? I personally loved it when Vegeta sacrificed his life to destroy Majin Buu. Course even though it was pointless it was still just as good. I have others but cant think of em right now.

when the major (i forget her name) in Ghost in the SHell Beats up that guy in the water and she's invisible,
In Akira when Tetsuo brings Akira's pod thing up from underground and he's standing on top of it.
.....uhhhh......in Hellsing when Alucard first reveals the Cromwell initiative,
i know there's one more......Eva: episode 1/2: when unit 01 goes into beserker and beats the third angel into the floor
oh! and when Himura Battousai fights Saitoh in the Kamiya Dojo

I have a lot of favorite anime moments.
Dunno if these are considered spoilers, but just in case...
As far as more humor moments... defenitly in Inu-Yasha when Inu-Yasha and Kagome are fighting gaint verisons of themselves. They both were more pissed off that the gaint versions didn't look like them than anything.
Then in WHR when Robin and Amon go to view a body. They turn to the leave and the guy asks them if they were going to take it. They both turn and give him an identical glare. Priceless.

Before she leaves through the underground passage, Amon leans in reeeeeal close to her to slip a piece of paper in her hair. (it was someone for her to contact in case something happened to him) That was super kawaii!

1) Vampire Hunter D Bloodlust, when D catches the silver arrow on top of the cemetary hill and the horse jumps up on its hind legs with the moon directly behind him.
2) When Alucard (ep1) sits on the chair says some words then pulls his gun up, grins, and shoots the ghoul bitch!!!
3) Urotsukidoji, now i know this movie is half sex half gore but when the Chojin dude (forgotten his name) and his gf (forgot her name to) make love for the first time and its not just sex, it actually has meaning to it.
Blah blah then he turns into a demon and kills everyone LOL, not a spoiler since you dont even know the story yet!

I have an unlimited suply of favorite moments. Some that come to mind right now are -
Everything from the point at the end of one episode were Evangelions 00-02 see 03 walking against the setting sun, all the way till the end of Fly Me To The Moon the episode after that. (such a powerful thing)
When Miyazawa is lying in the field and then Arima comes behind her with the cold drink. I just think that scene looks really cool visually.
AU sequence in Evangelion episode 26
When Piccolo fights Freezer while Goku gathers energy (the time when he knocks him with a mega kick and then Freezer beats the hell out of him and everyone's like "Freezer's getting angry")
When Freezer begs Goku to save him after Freezer sliced himself into pieces
When Piccolo sacrifices himself for Gohan in the Saiyajin Saga
When Bejiita takes on Majin Buu's mega-beating and says "You can't defeat me with a weak attack like that." so that Goku can try and get enough energy, and then when Bejiita begs for people to help out.
When Guts... well, not willing to reveal that spoiler. Episode 25 of Berserk.
When Kirika and Mireiyu fight

Now, back to the topic, moments I loved:
Love Hina Episode 1: Narusegawa grabs Keitaro by... yes. *ahem*
Witch Hunter Robin: When Robin gets upset that the man and his wife that she liked were "hunted", she starts crying and blue flames start flaring up everywhere around her.
X TV: (so many from this series, lol)
a) "Futatsu no shinken, futatsu no mirai. Orewa omaino soeboshi. Orewa mohitori no Kamui da!"- Fumas line when he awakens as Dragon of Heaven
b)"Orio mitekuri, Kotori!!"- When Kotori freaks out at the blood and Kamui is crying as he tries to get her to snap out of it.
c)When Sorata sacrifices himself to save Arashi. That bit makes me cry every single time. Without fail, heh..
d)When Subaru and Seishirou are fighting, and Seishirou uses the technique that he used on Hokuto, and it backfires.
e)When Subaru fights Fuma and starts seeing things (namely, Fuma begins to look like Seishirou)
f)The final fight sequence just kicks ass.
I've got more from X, but yeh...
X/1999 (the X Move) - Kotori's death in Kamui/Hinoto's dream, where she is run through and then decapitated by wires. Just owns.
Neon Genesis Evangelion - Shinji's screams as his Eva unit, under control of the dummy plug, lays into Unit-03/The 13th Angel Bardiel. Best in the Japanese dub.
End Of Evangelion - Shinji's little freak-out session inside his head, and his screams as he sees (i) a torn-apart Asuka (ii) A gigantic Rei/Lilith Hybrid (iii) The mass-production units merging with Rei/Lilith (also best in japanese dub)
All of those moments are memorable for me because they either stood out for a pure "cool" factor, humour, tragedy and heartbreak, an awesomely animated sequence, or for shock value.
Now, back to the topic, moments I loved:
