What's your fav book that you would like to see it animated?

For instance, I loved the series Thieves World, and I think it would make a great anime. I'm talking about Robert Lynn Asprin & Lynn Abbey's series. Also, Terry Pratchett's books, which are really funny and contain a lot of fantasy elements, would be a good candidate for a anime show.
If anything else pops up in my mind I'll post it later. What books would you find suitable for becoming an anime???
Kill all the spiders...and save the butterflies...
It's rational until you realize that by striving for it, you become a spider yourself... (Knives)

I believe this has come up before.

Anyway, I think that Ender's Game would be great animated.

Something that would fit anime style....

Probably "Musashi." It's been done as live action several times, in Japan, but never as an anime. Realistic swordfighting....a concept that might work.

final fantasy VII .... all animation ... change a few things, keep the plot similar ... but man it would be crazy! I would also like to see spider-man .... even some parts of Harry Potter would be cool ...

The Dark Materials trilogy by Philip Pullman could make a good anime, I think. I'd really love to see that. I think they're considering making a live-action...but an anime would be great, if not likely.

Actually there was at least one Spiderman animated series (back in the day).

Once it's finished being written, Blade of the Immortal.
I'm probably going to get flamed soon for my obsession and incessant babbling on this series

The dictionary! :D

Seriously, I would like to see anime renditions of either Harry Potter or Lord of the Rings. I'm not saying they would necessarily be good, just that it would be interesting to see them try.
