What we really need is an Adult Swim tv station.
But I hear that the Anime Network might start showing some subbed anime, that would be a wonderous step in the right direction.

Gosh darn it, guys. My lord... *sigh*Bandai has announced that it will be the exclusive provider of content for Cartoon Network's "Adult Swim Video On Demand in Association with Anime Village."
Earlier this summer Viz also hinted, through its help wanted ads, that it was researching the possibility of launching an anime television stations.
Rather than all having your own freaking stations you could cooperate and make a station MANY times better than what any of you could create alone.

Change Telemedia to Knology and you have my current situation. Comcast, the provider for the inner Huntsville (town where I live), offers the anime channel they advertise on many ADV dvds. Damn bastards.

comcast is doing pretty good by makeing the anime network avalibel in alot of areas for ppl with digital cable but they would do even better if it was a channel for everyone and avalible everywhere. and i agree with zep we need an adult swim channel, that would kick major ass.

.......Did FUNimation say UNCUT?!
Alright now my curiousity is aroused. Do you think they're actually capable of creating such a program that's available to everybody 'cause that would be my dream.
They had either put up or shutup. None of this "raising our hope and then pulling out shit".

Ironic that Funimation has announced a new channel. Most of the shows listed have shown or are showing on Adult Swim.
But with Adult Swim announcing they will apparently cut back drastically on Anime and start showing more stupid crap like Harvey Birdman, Oblongs, Venture Bros, etc. looks like Funimation has decided to go its own way.
Some of the shows are actually funny but I want to watch anime, not Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Sealab 2021 every night.
