Has Anime Ruined Anyone's Life?

Anime has so many good points to it I just want to know if it has ruined anyone's life, as in has there been love break up because of anime, has any son/daughter been disliked for there envolvment with this entertainment? Personaly my parents and family have all joined me in the likeness of anime thus I've had no problems with family or friends for that matter. But if there is someone who's life has been messed up cause of anime I'd like to hear their story...so hit me back tell me what you think.

My close friend Alex was kicked off the computer completely for it. His stepdad thought that Manga was sexual. I guess he thought it was hentai. So, thus Alex was not allowed to touch their computer again so me and his girlfriend who also happens my best friend pitched in to buy him a computer recently so he will be able to have a computer while going to college.

It certainly isn't helping me find a better job to spend four hours a day over three days to get all the way through Love Hina. Not to mention the three hours I just spend to get about three seconds of footage for my next video.

Well all I can say is that from what I've gotten so far is that anime has not ruined a life but brought together a closer friendship.

I think you meant they joined you in 'liking' anime.

Anyway, anime has caused a few problems in my life, mostly on getting stuff done. Of course, if it wasn't anime, it'd be RPGs or something else that caused most of the same problems, so guess it doesn't count. Otherwise, anime has actually improved my life immensely.

I went to a theripst once.....lets just say I wasn't seen for a couple of months, anyway anime ruins your life if u let it so don't cause that would be bad.
