Is the Rurouni Kenshin Boxset uncut footage?

Ya... well, Im probably going to buy all the Rurouni Kenshin Boxsets really soon, but I was wondering wether or not they're uncut footage, or if they are. Oh, and I mean the American Boxsets that have come out pretty recently (Wandering Samurai, Legend of Kyoto, and Meiji Era Premium Boxsets). Thanks

When it's uncut the description of the product normally says so, I recomend you go here:

And explore your options, to me it seems buying the Domestic non Premium Box sets are a better buy since you also get the OVA's and the Movie included.
Domestic (all): $543
Premium (missing OVA's-Movie): $387.96
OVA's: $52.49
Movie: $22.46
Then again buying it all apart seems to be more economic...doesn't make sense.
