The anime is about this girl who has either a tv or radio show. I forget which. Anyway, she is constantly talking. She talks so fast that you couldn't keep up with it easily if you understood Japanese and trying to read it with sub is amazingly difficult.
Anyway, the producers of the show gave her a token boyfriend who goes with her all over the place.
Some people have called her "Chatterbox" and "Motormouth."
