coolest villians you seen!

what was the coolest villian you ever seen? what did thay say? what did thay do? what did thay look like?

panther zora the black maiden is the coolest one that i could remember. she said " you're a stubborn little bi***, aren't you? haven't you figured it out yet? no one can defeat me!" then she used her psychic powers to throw people around the room. it looked even sweet becouse she was a naked pre-teen running around in a robot body. it was tastefuly done. it made her look like the underling, but she was really the main boss reborn into a girl's body. with out saying a word, i bet you know what anime im talking about.

id have to say either Incognito from Hellsing or Nobunaga from Samurai Deeper Kyo
dont remember many of the lines they said, have to watch those two again.
if we can name more conflictive villains that are a little good and a little bad, id have to say Dark Schnider from Bastard and Kyo
