I was a voice actor for Voices_of_Ryan's <a href="http://www.animemusicvideos.org/members ... >Beautiful Summer trailer.
I've never done any professional voice acting, but I always think I'd like to. However, I have no idea how to get started.

Voice acting would be fun, yes, but it is extremely hard to do well. It requires as much skill as acting, and would suck most of your life away if it didn't come naturally (constant practice). As far as how to sign into it, I assume it would be the same as acting: join an agency, and start small. Hope for the best. Rinse and repeat.
For anyone in highschool, great practice would be to join any speech and debate / speech and drama teams your schools might have. If they talk about NFL and it isn't football, you are more than likely in the right place. I myself did it (the school I'm at now doesn't really have it, so I'm free lance ), and it is really humbling to see some of these people. Absolutely fantastic. Even if you don't join, go see finals in something like Duo Interpretation or Serious (may be called Dramatic) interpretation. I just wish I videotaped Duo Interp in my sophomore year. On the same note, debates fun as well, just not entirely on topic.
