naruto dubs?

Post by dowhatnow » Mon Oct 11, 2004 2:37 am

I know a great deal of people on this forum in particular would rather see dubs destroyed from the face of the earth than answer my question, but bear with me here. I was looking around for Naruto and all I found was Japanese dialog with English/Chinese subs (an obvious PIRATE).

Anyone know where to get the English dub version of Naruto? preferably in a boxed set?

Thanks

One doesn't exist. STOP ASKING. When naruto gets dubbed, we'll all know about it because everyone will be bitching about who got it. OK?

And NEVER buy bootlegs. Download them, instead. At least you're not supporting the bootleg trade in Hong Kong. IF you feel you MUST have DVDs, download the episodes and burn them. There are 103 released on the Net. There are some people whom I am sure will give you links to where to find them. It's really not hard.

Also, it doesn't look like Naruto will get dubbed anytime soon. So bleh. I don't like the series anyways. Too long.

~Tono~ Don't support the Hong Kongers.

while some of what ^ he said is true, don't bother writing the fansubs to DVD, if DVDs are what you must have try importing the DVDs from Japan, the only problem then will be a region 2 compatible DVD player, but if you can afford to import DVDs then that should be easy.

Which is one problem english people don't have, because we run by region 2 ^_^
The very thing that I am trying to prove to not exist is the very thing holding me back...

Do DVDs imported from japan have english subtitles? I've looked on like amazon.co.jp but I cant find anything that says english on it and the webpage translator I use isn't much help anyway.

Some do. animeondvd.com has a list somewhere of what R2s have English dub/sub tracks (I've seen it before), but at the moment I can't find it.
