So what we have here is a shounen kiddie show created by Bandai and animated by Xebec which looks like it'll make a decent profit in toy merchandises. Of course this series is only 26 episodes so we don't know how long those profits will last. From what I got from AnimeOnDVD, it'll premiere on Cartoon Network this January.
