"Shine" from the end of Hellsing is in English, as is "Duvet" by BoA from the beginning of SE:Lain.

Initial D - Don't Stop the Music

Gundam Wing - Just Communication (the English is partly a remix, so watch it)
Gundam Wing - Rythm Emotion (Ok, I don't have this yet for I can't find it so I can't really tell you if it's legit)

That's all I can think of.

Opening song from Berserk (with ungodly bad Engrish  ).

There's also the opening song from Gunslinger Girl called "The Light Before We Land" by The Delgados. Plus there's the opening and ending songs of Gankutsuou which is sung by Jean-Jacques Burnel. Oh and let's not forget the opening song of L/R "Go Where No Ones Gone Before" by Billy Preston and the ending song of Monster "For The Love of Life" by David Sylvia.

You wanted English songs, right?

Alot of the animes Coming to America the song have been redone in English usieng the same singer of course.

Examples
Yu Yu Hakusho
Inuyasha
Records Of Lodoss War
Detective Conan
All of the songs have alot of American lyrics now.

Strangely though they only show the English songs in Yu Yu Hakusho and Detective Conan. But These English Osts are worth buying Cause They all have Great Music.Of course I havn't found anywhere to buy the English ones yet :(.

The First ending to Naruto "Wind" is in English

Every Song with Lyrics on The .Hack//Sign osts is in English also.

"Ask D.N.A." by The Seatbelts, from the Cowboy Bebop movie, and also the song "Pushing The Sky" from the same movie, but I don't know who performs it.

"Tank" from the Cowboy BeBop series has english lyrics, but they're very short.

The end theme of "Bleach" has a lot of English.
Alcohol, Drugs, Overdrive, Noise, Neon Lights, Party People, Revolution
