help me figure this out [GitS: SAC question]
in episode 9 of ghost in the shell: stand alone complexe was there any point to the random chatter about the laughing man? or was that just some way for them to fill up an episode? if gave some clues about the laughing man, but most of the show was stuff shown in the last couple of ep.s....( i need to learn how to read faster)....
