What's the chance that there is another girl from another series that looks about the same as Dota and even have Elf ears? Has to be her.

I really dont know that is why am asking.
But if you ask me I would say they are two different persons.
And there are many posibilities that 2 different characters look a like.
Example: Ryoga and Koga (I know they are from the same creator).

But I would not pass the possibility that they are the same person because you might be right. (I havent seen the OVAs)

But if someone is really confident that they are different characters please let me know.

And they DO have many different traits:
1) The hair color.
2) The color of the eyes.
3) The costume.
4) The hair style.
5) The wings.

That is way I thought (and still think) they were different persons.
But I will see the OVA just in case.
