Hey that's cool. If anybody plans to become an Psychology teacher, try to show Naruto in class and say it has emotional pain and psychological subjects. If I were a teacher, I'd try anything to get to get my class hooked into anime "even in math class!"

And i'm beting that by the end of the movie, most of the class didnt have a single clue what the hell was happening

(oh and, get them to watch jin-roh. its how the government was 20 years ago, or that'l be your excuse anyway

I once tried to convince my principal, in HS, that Akira would be good for the governemnt class, as it is an allegory on power.

I don't think it worked.

I must try that in my US Government course next semester.

Of course, seeing as I live in a whiny bitchy overly churchgoing community, I'll probably get expelled from the University, with the blood and boobs and all.

We managed to skip the boobs part, but the class has really liked the bloody parts so far

Only in America right! We can have violence (because it is a BIG part of our society, we all live with it every day) but just not anything to do with sex (because that might lead to teen pregnancy) so lets just pretend that tits don't really exist.

One of my Eva-freak friends tried to get our psych teacher to show Evangelion. He alsmost did, but then didn't for purposes that would possibly get him fired, and not everyone likes anime either...

i got my old history teach to show jin roh.... after he watched it he had to have everyone;s parents sign a gratutious violence waiver to show it in class

and i showed akira and end of eva to my psyc teach and she was like taking notes O_o oii....
