Has anyone here seen this new series? I've seen a trailer for it recently and it looks absolutely amazing. It's another work by Ken Akamatsu of Love Hina and Mao-chan fame. I've seen the manga, which is already in stores and is sold by Del Rey and it has a 16+ sticker on it. It's basically a Harry Potter ripoff with loads of kawaii fan service, but I want to know if it's any good and if anyone is licensing it any time soon.
I must say, the school uniforms are the best non-sailor fuku uniforms I've ever seen in an anime.

but I think this is going to be a really good and funny series! I espacially like negis sneeze-attacks.
I want to be a teacher in japan now
I think the series is really a mix of Harry Potter and Love Hina. In my opinion the first manga had a rather poor story, but I think this could change when the series goes on.
Well some say there cant be to much fan service, but thats another topic

I go to Catholic school, and the only time I read the manga is when a classmate lends it to me. And since she expects it back by the end of the day, I wind up reading it in class. And it feels SO wrong.
Regardless...I will be checking the anime out.

How dare you downtalk Akamatsu's work!
It only has one reference to Harry Potter and it says
Having another book about a child mage is not the same as a clone. No Quidditch jokes, okay?
