In other words, I'm looking for an anime with sex scenes, but with clean sex. No nasty shit or anything. nipples are okay, but dick sucking, penis shots, vagina shots, etc. Nothing like that.

So your asking for softcore animated porn? Their probaly isnt a single hentai that soft, unless you find a romance anime with the occasional "love making" scenes. Kimi ga nozumo eien is a good example. Best to just catch your perants doing it and get creative with a digial video camera. Then apply a filter or 3 to make it look like anime.

just watched Wicked City, put out by Urban-Vision, it has plenty of R-rated sex scenes. some bare breasts but no hardcore scenes. It's not a great anime by any means but might be what you are looking for. It's a single disc movie, I found it used, and cheep.

Hmm.. Try Yohko, or Yhoko? Meh, however you spell it. That has something of what you're looking for I guess. Another one I'd suggest is Perfect Blue (Movie), it shows more than just the breasts but nothing really so bad, it should work as well.

Clean sex scenes?

These series I can come up with:

Futari Ecchi - it's about a newlywed couple who are about learn how to make love <===HIGHLY recommended, hell I even got Otohiko to like it!

Elven Bride - similar to Futari Ecchi, but it's with elves - it's about a guy who is having trouble "penetrating" the female elf

Canvas - basically

Yeah, I'm looking for R-rated sex, that's the right term. PG-13 sex is fine too, but I prefer R-rated sex.
