It COULD have been a potential of being an absolute badass series with all these controversial themes running all around, but unfortunetely, this pissed me off. My suggestion, get the manga. :?

More info here.

I'd have to agree with angelx03's post. I bought the DVD purely on impulse and was not disapointed. I've just started reading the manga: so far it's out to book 5 or 6.

One thing about this serries is; you have to be carefull of who you mention that you like it around. I was in an Anime store in my home town and mentioned it to a freind thyat was with me. The store owner gave us one of those looks but, nothing else then. Then about 6 months later my freind went down to the store and was asked to leave; all because he was with me and I mentioned that I liked the serries.

The manga is awesome. The OVA is okay too but only if you aren't expecting it to be the full story. Definitely high on my recommend list.

Catch a train to Town Hall station. Ask around for a large book shop (called kinokunia). Its on the top floor. Well it is the top floor to be exact. Place is bloody huge. Has a shitload of manga, most of which ya woent find anywhere els in sydney. And they've got a good amount of anime and foreign dvd's their too. Theirs also the cartoon gallery, but you'l probably get lost at least once trying to find the damn place and its stuff is on the wrong side of cheap. Went their once with some freinds to pick up the lain dvd's ($140 it cost me) and the old guy and lady their were giving us wierd looks.
