Naruto Goes To Toonami
I can't believe than in September or July Naruto will ne aired on Toonami. Its like a horrible nightmare come true.Cartoon Network is going to take another great series and leech from it for years to come until there is nothing left but a shell of what was once a great anime.I always tohught and wondered if that would happen but never though it would actually happen,And of all things on toonami they cut the Adult Swim shows bad enough but toonami.....The horror.
And if there was already a topic aobut this sorry i didn't see it.Because i probally didn't look or pay attention.

Expectations are a prison.
Please. Refer to the other Naruto thread. There's been plenty said on this. Noone is making you watch this. Noone is making you act like an elitist asshole. It's a choice.
Naruto is a mainstream show oriented for kids. It deserves every bit of exposure CN ought to give it.
It will suck because you want it to. Luckily, it won't for the many new fans it'll surely make.
THERE WILL COME EXPLOSION AND AND DOOH NARUTE BOLWED UP OMGUMG

The Birds are using humanity in order to throw something terrifying at this green pig. And then what happens to us all later, that’s simply not important to them…

I have to agree with nandez. Toonami has a rep of taking good anime and playing it alot. At first its awesome. Then its oooookkkkk. Then 4 years later when your watching Naruto episode 13232143453 and 1/2 for the billionth time....you realize your sick of it and the show sux. Cause once an anime is a hit it HAS to have a follow up season and so on and so forth. The key to a good anime....is knowing when to QUIT!! and toonami hasn't quite grasped that concept yet.

Yeah, I hate how they F-up Inuyasha....... no wait, that anime was always f-up!! Last time I checked, Cartoon Network only F-up Dragonball Z but that was funimation's fault. Naruto is not being handled by those idiots so it should be like Rurouni Kenshin with less edits "which was good"Nandez wrote:I can't believe than in September or July Naruto will ne aired on Toonami.

Now, you can calm down in that regard.
AFAIK, Toonami and American distribution in general are unlikely to have any creative effect on the show. It's still aimed at the Japanese market, and by and large, and continued production will be driven by the Japanese market.

Not for too much longer, I would think. They're rapidly running out of manga to animate from.Otohiko wrote:AFAIK, Toonami and American distribution in general are unlikely to have any creative effect on the show.
