Just started watching this series after reading the first manga.

Anyone else like this series, so far it is great. Only the first manga is out right now from DelRay books, but I cannot wait for the next one to be released.

Synopsis;
Sasahara Kanji is a new collage student, and he makes up his mind to join a circle to share his thoughts of Manga, Anime, and Game that has been hidden until he enters the college. However, as he acts line with Kosaka, who is a deep Otaku in spite of his handsome looking, and other members of Genshi-Ken, by going to dojin (private publishing) shops and the anime festivals, he opens his mind and he resolves that he make his way into Otaku world.
"I've spent the last ten years of my life defending my country, I've sacrificed for it, fought for it, and bled for it, now it's time I got something back, so please just respect me and my fellow Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, and Marines as we continue to do this job."
Americans sleep peacefully in their beds at night because brave men stand willing to do violence on their behalf

Yeah it's totally awesome. It was way too short though, and the animation quality noticeably plummets as the show goes on.

Definately one of my favorites. Much better than say, Otaku no Video.

I liked it because its one of the only things I've ever seen which examines nerds at such a deep level.
