Yu-Gi-Oh question

I am currently getting the third season of Yu-Gi-Oh on DVD through Netflix and I noticed that they skipped through the Noa section completely and whent right to the Battle City finals. Anyone know why or if they are actually going to put the Noa episodes on DVD? I want to make a video and some of the footage that I need is in these episodes.
