Any1 heard of....[Abenobashi?]

Any1 heard of the show called,"Magical Shopping Arcade Abenobashi"? If not google it, only showed in a couple places, G4 2 monthes ago on Anime Unleashed, and the DVDs, Halarious

I Got it when it started coming out like a year (or more) ago. It's not only funny, but it has plenty of depth (not as much as FLCL, but still more than most shows you'll see) Try the manga. they're good too.

I watched it on Anime Unleashed... but then I gave up. I just found it boring and repetive. Fooly Cooly is much better... and Neon Genesis Evangelion too, but I find it odd that they were made by the same people. One's depressing as hell and the other is as funny as hell... but both are equally messed up, so that's okay.

It isn't repetative to me. It's kinda like Fooly Cooly. about halfway through the series, they bring up the big plot changes, whch work to further complicate the current relationships of the characters. I guess you just need to be able to watch it all to really appreciate it.

I always thought Abenobashi was mpre comedic centered than Fooly Cooly as well, but it also gets very sad at times.
