Zipang has the several variations of the Japanese flag in it... Macross Plus has the UN flag in it if I remember it correctly...

Rizelmine may have some flags in it towards the end, but it's been a while, so I'm a bit fuzzy on the details.

Dragonball had one. Yu Gi Oh had a guy wearing one on his head as a du rag/bandana too, if that counts.
