I was going to do Aforman's , Because i got high on Southpark's touly and cartman , however southpark is not an anime (go figure)....

Well i still want to use that song but i dont know any anime that has a fellow addict . anyone care to help and point me to a anime with a weed-cahinsmoking-lovable oaf which matches afroman ??? preciate it .

There's an episode of Cowboy bebop where they crash land on a planet and accidently inherit some 'shrooms from a guy. plenty of weird stuff ogin on in that, and the girl has an afro to boot.

...but, seriously, Excel Saga and Puni Puni Poemi should get you some drugged up characters...or some scenes in GoldenBoy...

Pokemon would be hilarious, though. There are a bunch of scenes where the characters look kinda high, IIRC...
