Basically these are moments you just go, "WTF!" to in any anime you've seen. For example...
In the episode of Pokemon where Ash catches his Muk, there's a moment in the anime where he calls a Magnemite a streaker. Now we all know what a streaker is. For those who don't, a streaker is someone who runs around either completely naked or half-naked. Streakers are common in the Super Bowl. However, being so dense Ash is, he didn't even realize that he meant by saying that and Brock corrected him by saying, "Ash you mean a Stalker!" Oh Ash...WHAT THE ****!!!!
