"Knights of the Zodiac" other than the names? I know that KOTZ has a song by an AMERICAN group in a dub AT LAST, but I never saw KOTZ. What's the difference other than the name and the theme song?

Pretty much nothing. The name was just changed for the American release.

Blame the French; it was first released in the West there, where it was known as Les Chevaliers du Zodiaque.

wait, didnt they edit out the blood in the western version so it would look more blue/green?

there is absolutely no difference, only the name and beginning. They did change the blood colour though. some people have green blood some have blue, so first time I saw it I thought they were aliens
