Magical Girls [other shows?]
I love them! Well, I only know of 2. I know Sailor Moon and Tokyo Mew Mew. I was wondering what other animes are classified as a 'magical girl' anime. I like to know the name and maybe a website I could go to the get some info on it. Thanks in advance!

Aheh.... I'd say that's a pretty big list you're looking for there.

Hmm, the one magical girl series that's popular in Japan (but horrifically bleah in the fansub community ) you can check out is Pretty Cure. It's has these two girls that are like total opposites, but they need to combine their "cell phones" in order to transform into Pretty Cure.
Now here's the interesting fact that some people seem to miss. This magical girl series is directed by the same person who directed the rather overrated series Dragonball Z. Because of that those girls actually fight the forces of evil using martial arts action (almost DBZ-style, but with more fluid action), and their final attack looks like Goku's Kamehameha(sp?) only it's a black and white swirl.
Pretty Cure is one of the few magical girl series that's flat out badass!

Pretty cure is uh.... ehe...hehe.... ahem, silly (the villian is named Pissard!)
But shows like CardCaptor Sakura (not the bastardized American version) are both cute and have at least some sophistication to the plot.
Sailor moon is well known by now, but if that's too 'little girly' then you could go for an older target audience with Cutey Honey.
Dragon Half is plenty cute... but be wary of the similarly named Dragon Pink.
Princess Tutu, Ah My Goddess and Maburaho also come to mind for magical girl shows.
