Got BB New Testament unc. in english a month before released

I got "Bible Black - New Testament" uncut in english a month before it was released here in the US. How does this happen? How often does it happen? I ended up buying it but it's kinda weird getting it so early. I've heard of this happening with movies before getting released in the theater. I dunno just a bit curious that's all.

2 posibilities.

1) Whatever company you ordered it from made a mistake and shipped it too early.

or

2) You got a pirated copy that somehow found it's way out of the US prodiction facility.

I didn't buy it and then receive it a month early, I downloaded the engish version uncut a month before it was released in the US from a torrent site and I knew the exact date it was coming out here.. so it was a bit of a shocker to see a download for it. After seeing the uncut version I decided pre-ordered the anime and got it the day it came out in the US.

Someone at the production company might have smuggled out a copy and uploaded it then. I've never heard of a company giving the full version away as a download, only short segments as preveiws.

Insiders need only steal a copy, copy it, and release it online. It happened with the second Star Wars movie IIRC (a joke later arose about George Lucas personally hunting the person down and slaughtering his family in front of him, but that's neither here nor there). Certain production facilities are just a little more protective of their works than others. Hell, Jason X was online a month before it hit theaters in a full quality DVD rip.
