Please Save My earth (reincarnations) Manga Question

Because of a couple of AMVs I saw, I got interested in this anime.

Is it called "Please Save My Earth" or "Reincarnations"?. I found a site that had some info and I couldn't help myself and read the spoilers.

I know that the ending in the Anime is confusing and I couldn't find spoilers for the last Manga volumes.

So please can anyone tell me what happened at the end of theMangas and anime OAV of this story? Especially with Mokulen and Shion.

It's not called "Reincarnations" at all, it's just called "Please Save My Earth". I don't know how it ends yet, so I can't help you there.
