naruto fillers.
How come in the naruto fillers the animation kind of looks like if they did not put alot of effort in it, i think this is true because i'v seen some of them and also some of the other people think so. So why can't they just make the episodes look like the regular episodes?
almost dead to the world, i see bloodstains in my hand, this is where i walk away from it all.

Short answer: deadlines
This is especially true for ridiculously long TV series like Naruto where the animators has to put out a new episode every week which in turn leads to rush jobs and/or shipping them off to some other cheap animation studio for some inbetween work. Of course this could happen to any other anime series whether they're short or long.
The worst case scenario for any anime series is if they get the "yashigani" award. That means the visual quality of certain episodes is so hideous that you want to jab your eyes out. Episode 4 of Lost Universe is a good example. Lots of Negima episodes would definetely rake in a lot of yashigani awards!

I have no idea what the hell I just saw in that link, but please tell me that's a "first airing/new animation now that we've rereleased it" deal, and not a Keyframe/Inbetween deal...
