Should the FMA anime be redone?

Post by Cornwiggle » Fri Jun 23, 2006 5:23 pm

The FMA anime itself now is good, and stands alone, but to those who have the read the manga. Don't you think it would be awesome to make the anime again, this time to follow the manga? I personally love the manga 9000000 times more than the anime, and if they did redo it, it would EASILY be my favorite anime ever. And I have so many great ideas for vids.........about the manga. I can't make manga MVs....

I think they should do another one. What do you all think?

I thought about something like that, the ONLY main difference about it is that it takes place in the Modern day, it goes from there, but it would be interesting how everthing would look.

....huh? I mean that they redo it to stay true to the manga this time.

The manga is in the same time period. :?

Eh! no live action! the idea of CG alchemy is like a big turnoff, not to mention the short jokes....and could you actually imagine a live action Armstong?

Moving on, it would be nice to see it like that.

The series was good, the series is over, so we should all let the series go and wait for new ones. Look at how bad Hollywood has gotten with sequels and remakes, do you really want the same coming from anime?

Yes, remakes when appropriate can be good - I'm thinking about the Hellsing OVA and the upcoming shin-Negima series in particular, but you wouldn't ask them to remake Eva, would you?
