Nah, just make Sailor Pluto a midget since pluto is now a dwarf planet.

Nah, ppl will be bitchy and all "you know what, pluto is not a planet anymore" whenever someone mentions anything to do with planets.

As far as sailor moon is concerned, Setsuna can still kick ass even though the show is a decade old.

Well, there are Asteroid Senshi who get introduced later in the manga, so she's not completely excluded.
